Are your services available virtually or in-person?My services are available both in-person and virtually.

My in-person services are open to residents of all states. My office space will be open for business sometime between 9/14-9/28. It will be located in Bellevue, KY on Taylor Ave. by the post office. Stay tuned for exact address to be listed in coming weeks!
What diagnoses or presenting problems do you treat?I have experience treating a wide range of diagnoses and presenting problems. Here are some of my areas of expertise -
“Troubled Teens” - Teens who are struggling with emotional regulation or behavioral issues
High conflict couples who are struggling with communication, infidelity, broken trust, parenting differences, and more.
Family systems issues - Blended family dynamics, Parent-Child or Sibling-Sibling relationship difficulties, Adoption and Foster Care issues, Navigating parenting a special needs or neurodiverse child, Recovering from family crises such as death, divorce, transitions, and more.
Young Adults who are struggling with burnout, overwhelm, ADHD (either diagnosed or suspected), anxiety, low self-esteem, attachment or relationship issues, and more.
What minority populations do you have experience working with?Black and African Folks - My first job out of college was at a nonprofit called IRCO (Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization). For a year I worked as a program assistant on a project called B.A.S.S. (Black and African Student Success). I worked closely with colleagues, youth, and families from Somalia, Chad, The Gambia, Liberia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, and more.
LGBTQIA+ Folks - I was raised in a family with two uncles who were married and loved one another. I was never taught to see homosexuality as anything other than a different incarnation of love. I am a true ally and I will never deny the validity of the additional challenges, hurt, and hurdles LGBTQIA+ folks face, but I will always elevate your humanity and personhood first and foremost over your sexual identity.
Folks from Thailand and across Asia - I served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer from 2017 to 2020 in a rural village in the south of Thailand. For 27 months I lived with a Thai family who spoke no English, and I am still fairly fluent in Thai today as a result. I have a deep understanding of southeast Asian Buddhist culture as well as culturally-specific concepts such as collectivism, hierarchy, saving face, gender roles, sexual identities, and family dynamics.
Is there anything you won't treat or don't do?Here are some issues I don’t typically treat in individual therapy, as my approach or training may not be applicable, or I don’t feel knowledgeable enough to provide effective interventions. I will, however, sometimes treat these issues within the context of couple, family, or reunification therapy.
